How we calculate it, and sources

The colour shows the neighbourhood’s rank among all 112 (the best fifth darkest green, the worst fifth orange); for rent lower is better, for noise fewer noisy addresses. For profiles the rank by score. The same figures as on the neighbourhood pages.
