In preparation Tram to Vinice
A new 1.5 km tram line will branch off after the Zoologická zahrada stop and run along the middle of Na Chmelnicích and Mikulovská streets to a new loop by the Vinice estate. The city is preparing the project, wants to start building in 2027 and finish within two years.

Under construction New care homes in Na Chmelnicích street due 2027/28
Two barrier-free single-storey houses: Domov Nováček II for 16 people with disabilities and a home for 12 people on the autism spectrum. Under construction, due at the turn of 2027 and 2028.

In preparation Eastern ring road: Jateční – Na Roudné due 2032
The second stage of the ring road from Jateční street across the Doubravka marshalling yard and the Berounka to Na Roudné street. The project is being prepared; construction is expected between 2028 and 2032.

In preparation Náměstí Republiky makeover due 2028
The first phase is done (14 new trees, benches and mist sprayers). The second phase covers the middle of the square and its north and east sides and is planned for 2028.
