Being permitted Eastern ring road: Jasmínová – Jateční due 2034
The third stage of the ring road from Slovany along the Úslava valley past Velenická and Sušická streets to Rokycanská. The project is in planning proceedings; construction is expected between 2030 and 2034.

Under construction 29 city flats at Resslova 13 due 2027
Reconstruction of a house in Resslova street into 29 city rental flats and 8 parking spaces. Due to be finished in spring 2027.

In preparation Náměstí Republiky makeover due 2028
The first phase is done (14 new trees, benches and mist sprayers). The second phase covers the middle of the square and its north and east sides and is planned for 2028.
