Of the projects whose source gives a number of flats, the biggest is Kamenný vrch II (1. etapa) (Brno-Nový Lískovec), with 353 flats planned.

From public sources: the Brno City Architect’s Office overview of affordable housing, the developers’ websites and reports of permits and construction starts. We copy the facts (stage, completion, number of flats) by hand and give each project its source and the day we checked it. Městomat is an independent guide: we neither rate nor sell projects, and we show the surroundings the same way as for any other address.
