Plzeň neighbourhoods with the lowest radon in the bedrock

Most addresses with a low bedrock radon index: Koterov (68 % of addresses with low radon), then Litice and Křimice. In half of the neighbourhoods it is under 35 %. Ranking of 14 neighbourhoods by the bedrock radon map.

How we calculate it

The share of the neighbourhood’s addresses on bedrock with a low radon index by the 1 : 50,000 map; only neighbourhoods with at least 20 addresses. The index holds for the area; a measurement decides for a specific house.

Without neighbourhoods with fewer than 2 000 residents: they are mostly fields or forest, and a handful of addresses would otherwise top every ranking. You’ll find them in the list of all neighbourhoods.
