In preparation New primary school Smíchov City due 2030
A school for 580 children in the new neighbourhood on the former freight station. The city has taken over the project; the Prague 5 mayor expects it to open by 2030.

In preparation Primary school U Santošky 17 due 2028
A primary school returns to the building: part of it serves pupils from the 2026/27 school year, the full school from September 2028.

Under construction Primary school Na Výši – V Cibulkách due 2027
A new school for about 350 children. Under construction since summer 2025, the first pupils start in 2027.

Under construction New primary school Jahodnice due 2028
A school with 18 classes for 540 pupils, a gym and a canteen in U Hostavického potoka street. Construction began in August 2026, the first pupils start in September 2028.

In preparation Primary school Jana Vodňanského
A school with 18 classes for about 570 pupils in Jankovcova street, the first new primary school in Prague 7 in a hundred years. The old buildings on the plot are being demolished and the builder is being chosen.

Under construction Metro D, Pankrác – Nové Dvory due 2032
The new metro line has been under construction since 2022, the section from Olbrachtova to Nové Dvory since June 2026. The Prague transit company expects it to open in the second half of 2032.

Under construction Prague ring road, Běchovice – D1 due 2027/28
A six-lane motorway, 12.6 km long, linking the D11 and the D1. Under construction since December 2024, opening expected around the turn of 2027 and 2028.

In preparation Prague ring road, Ruzyně – Suchdol – Březiněves due 2030
The northern part of the ring road with a new bridge over the Vltava near Suchdol, about 15 km in all. It has a favourable EIA statement and the permit documentation is being prepared. In September 2024 ŘSD expected construction from 2027 and opening in 2030.
