Cheapest Prague neighbourhoods with a metro station

Cheapest 2+kk rent in a neighbourhood with a metro station: Strašnice (18 300 CZK), then Hloubětín and Libeň. In half of the metro neighbourhoods a 2+kk costs more than 19 600 CZK a month. 25 neighbourhoods with at least one metro station, by the Ministry of Finance rent price map.

How we calculate it

Neighbourhoods with at least one metro station inside them (PID timetables), ranked by the monthly rent of a typical 2+kk flat (older than 5 years, unfurnished) from the Ministry of Finance rent price map. A neighbourhood with the metro just over its border is not listed.

Without neighbourhoods with fewer than 2 000 residents: they are mostly fields or forest, and a handful of addresses would otherwise top every ranking. You’ll find them in the list of all neighbourhoods.
