Getting to your faculty

For every Prague faculty we show the neighbourhoods with the lowest rent from which you can get there by public transport within 25 minutes. It usually pays to live on the same metro or tram line as your faculty.

Flat sharing

  • All flatmates should be on the tenancy agreement, or at least have the landlord's consent to a sublet.
  • Agree in advance how you'll split the advance payments and the annual settlement.
  • Handle the deposit and the handover report (předávací protokol) as carefully as for a flat of your own. The guide to the tenancy agreement sums up the rules.
