The Ministry of Finance’s rent map is per cadastral area, and Brno’s neighbourhoods are exactly these areas. Monthly = price per m² × the usual floor area of rented flats in the South Moravian Region. Brno = the neighbourhoods’ average by population. Actual rents vary with condition, furnishing and floor.
