1. Pick a neighbourhood

3. Check the specific flat
A neighbourhood is an average; the street and the building decide. Before you sign the contract, check the flat's address: stops and the trip to the centre, shops, doctors, parks, air quality and the catchment school. 4. Permanent residence
You register permanent residence at the office of the city district you will live in. Bring your ID card and proof of your right to use the flat, such as a tenancy agreement, or the owner's officially certified consent. 6. Public transport and cars
