For developers: your project in New homes in Prague

Městomat lists 57 housing projects in Prague, from plans to completion. For people looking for a flat it adds what a project website doesn’t show: what the area will be like. Adding a project and fixing details is free.

What a project page shows

  • Facts from public sources: stage, expected completion and number of flats, with the source and the day we checked it.
  • What the area will be like: catchment school and nursery, the journey to the centre, noise, air, shops and parks nearby.
  • A link to the project’s official website, where buyers find prices and available flats.
  • The project on the new homes map and in the “New homes nearby” card on neighbourhood and district pages.

Rules

  • We type the details by hand from public sources, mainly IPR Prague’s Praha zítra? map and developers’ websites.
  • We never show a stage further along than the source says; when sources differ, the more cautious one wins.
  • We are an independent guide: order, details and area scores can’t be bought.

Add or correct a project

Write the project’s name, a link to its page and what to add or fix (stage, completion date, number of flats). Leave us an e-mail so we can ask back. We check the details against a public source and usually update them within a few days.

How do I add my project?

Fill in the form on this page: the project’s name, a link to its page and an e-mail. We add the project once we find its details in a public source, such as your website or IPR Prague’s Praha zítra? map.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Adding a project, corrections and the link to your website are free.

Can we pay for a better position or a better area score?

No. Projects are ordered by stage and completion date, and the area is computed from open data the same way for every address in Prague.

Can you show our visualisation with the project?

Yes, with your written permission. Send the picture by e-mail and tell us how to credit it. Without permission we never use pictures from developers’ or any other websites.

A project shows a wrong detail. What now?

Tell us through the form what has changed, ideally with a link to the source. We check the correction and the page shows the new check date.
