Most flats completed per 1,000 residents over the last three years: Praha-Ďáblice (75.3), then Praha-Královice and Praha-Lysolaje. 57 districts ranked by ČSÚ figures.

How we calculate it

Flats completed in 2022–2024 (new buildings, extensions and conversions) per 1,000 of the district residents today (ČSÚ, Prague Statistical Yearbook 2025, table 26.11).
