In preparation New main railway station (Europoint Brno) due 2035
A new main station roughly where the lower station is today, behind the Zvonařka bus station. The project is being prepared; opening is expected in 2035.

Permitted Flood protection in Trnitá due 2030
Flood protection on the Svratka and Svitava from Komárov to the Uhelná viaduct and the Hladíkova bridge: lowered banks, earth dykes and low walls. Permitted since September 2025, construction is planned for 2027 to 2030.

Under construction Bulvár sever in Trnitá
The main street of the new Trnitá district, linking the centre with the future station; the northern part between Uhelná and Opuštěná has been under construction since January 2026. The southern part to the station is being designed, with work due to start in 2027.

In preparation Červený kopec care complex due 2029
A new complex for long-term patients on Červený kopec with 150 beds in single and double rooms. Construction is to start in 2027, with completion planned in 2029.
