How we calculate it, and sources

We compare every neighbourhood with the other Ostrava neighbourhoods in each figure (time to the centre, distance to a park, shops within 500 m, schools per resident…). For each figure we find what percentage of neighbourhoods have a worse value, and the score is the weighted average by the recipe above (the number in brackets is the weight). A figure we don’t have for Ostrava yet (noise) is left out. 80 and above is excellent, 60 to 79 very good, 40 to 59 average. We don’t count residents’ reviews yet, there are too few.
