The Metropolitan Plan (in force since September 2026) expects change on 9 areas here. 18.5 ha may be built on (4 % of the area), 5.3 ha of it for housing.
- 13.1 ha by Na Vypichu: redevelopment for recreation and sport
- 1.8 ha by Ankarská: redevelopment for housing
- 1.1 ha by Radičova: redevelopment for housing
3.5 ha are to stay unbuilt (parks, sport, nature).

Under construction Tram Malovanka – Strahov due 2028
A new tram line of about 1.3 km from Bělohorská along the whole of Vaníčkova street to Strahov. Stops Malovanka, Koleje Strahov and Strahov; trial service with passengers in mid-2028.
