The Metropolitan Plan (in force since September 2026) expects change on 16 areas here. 44.2 ha may be built on (9 % of the area), 36.3 ha of it for housing.

- 6.6 ha by K Beranovu: new building on open land for business and production
- 5.7 ha by Za Pískovnou: new building on open land for housing

In preparation Prague ring road, Ruzyně – Suchdol – Březiněves due 2030
The northern part of the ring road with a new bridge over the Vltava near Suchdol, about 15 km in all. It has a favourable EIA statement and the permit documentation is being prepared. In September 2024 ŘSD expected construction from 2027 and opening in 2030.
