The Metropolitan Plan (in force since September 2026) expects change on 9 areas here. 13.4 ha may be built on (5 % of the area), 9.6 ha of it for housing.
- 3.2 ha by Pavlíkova: redevelopment for housing
- 2.4 ha by Zárubova: redevelopment for housing
- 2.3 ha by Freiwaldova: redevelopment for housing
4.4 ha are to stay unbuilt (parks, sport, nature).

Under construction Tram Libuš – Nové Dvory due 2028
A new 1.8 km tram line from the Libuš stop along Novodvorská street to a loop at Nové Dvory by the future metro D station. Stops Přírodní, Chýnovská and Nové Dvory; trial service at the end of 2028.
