In Praha-Lysolaje, 111 new flats were completed in 2022–2024.

The Metropolitan Plan (in force since September 2026) expects change on 8 areas here. 11.9 ha may be built on (5 % of the area), 9.7 ha of it for housing.
- 5.1 ha by Horní náměstí: new building on open land for housing
- 2.2 ha by Sportovců: new building on open land for recreation and sport
- 1.8 ha by Podholí: redevelopment for housing
7.0 ha are to stay unbuilt (parks, sport, nature).

In preparation Prague ring road, Ruzyně – Suchdol – Březiněves due 2030
The northern part of the ring road with a new bridge over the Vltava near Suchdol, about 15 km in all. It has a favourable EIA statement and the permit documentation is being prepared. In September 2024 ŘSD expected construction from 2027 and opening in 2030.
