We copy the facts by hand from public sources, mainly the Praha zítra? project map of the Prague Institute of Planning and Development (IPR Praha) and the developers’ websites, each project with its source and the day we checked it. We never state a stage further along than the source does. Prices and available flats are on the developer’s website.

Frequently asked questions

How many new housing projects in Prague can I find here?

Projects on the map: 68, under construction: 36. All stages are here, from plans through permits and construction to finished houses, and we keep adding to the list.

Which of the new projects is the biggest?

Of the projects whose source gives a number of flats, the biggest is Sigma Modřany (Praha 12 – Modřany), with 850 flats planned.

Where do the project facts come from?

From public sources: IPR Praha’s Praha zítra? map, the developers’ websites and the city’s Prague Development Company. We copy the facts (stage, date, number of flats) by hand and give each project’s source and the day we checked it. Městomat is an independent guide: we neither rate nor sell projects, and show the area the same way as for any other address.
