- 9.5 ha by Za elektrárnou: redevelopment for housing

A school with 18 classes for about 570 pupils in Jankovcova street, the first new primary school in Prague 7 in a hundred years. The old buildings on the plot are being demolished and the builder is being chosen.

Holešovice or Karlín?
Both were industrial, both have turned into neighbourhoods of new flats, galleries and cafés. Karlín gets you to the centre faster and is better equipped for families; Holešovice is cheaper and has more places to eat and drink.
